January, 2023
Online ACH Signup for 2023 Closing on 1/26/2023
The online signup for the payment of your 2023 Annual Assessment is closing at 5pm, Thursday, 1/26/2023.
1. To allow for validation and processing time, residents signing up between now and 1/26 will have their first payment scheduled for February 6, 2023.
2. You will receive an email confirming your successful online signup. If there is a problem with your banking information, you will receive another email before 2/6/2023 informing you of the problem, and giving you time to get corrected information back to us.
3. Late fees are not charged on 2/1 for approved and validated ACH signups.
4. If you are not able to sign up for ACH payment of your 2023 Annual Assessment, your payment is due in our office no later than 5pm on January 31
st. Accounts not paid by 5pm on that day will be charged late fees and interest per the posted collections policy.

Monday - March 7th, 2022, at the Harris Community Center. Registration begins at 5:45pm.

Immediately following the Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors will hold a Called Meeting to elect Officers.

The Board of Directors terminated Accent Real Estate Services as the HOA manager on 5/18/2018. The new property management will be mailing out an introduction letter shortly.
Our new property manager is Colby Property Management, and we're excited to have them take over. CPM manages many other neighborhoods nearby, and we're just up the road from you here on the west side of town!
Colby will be bringing many new features to the HOA management picture, and as residents, you will appreciate the more responsive staff, the quick availability of information regarding the HOA, and the
transparency with regard to finances and governance that have made our neighbors in other communities happy. The Board is pleased with the new hire, and are looking forward to putting the HOA back on the
right track.
